Patrick E. Toomey, MBA, President - TNT Mortgage
was named the company after his youngest daughter Taryn Nicole.
He began working in the mortgage industry in 1997 after a
successful career in healthcare administration and has worked
with banks and mortgage brokers in every aspect of the industry.
He has extensive experience working with FNMA (Fannie Mae),
FHLMC (Freddie Mac) and government loans programs with VA and
FHA loans. He also has experience with hard to place residential
and commercial loans as well.
Pat is an avid Scouter and is involved with BSA Troop
#100 in Simpsonville, South Carolina. He is a youth instructor
at his church and serves on the Board of Directors with the
Mauldin Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the Leadership
Greenville Alumni Association. He is a member of Rotary Club of
Mauldin and is Chairman of the Greenville County Commission for
Alcohol and Drug Abuse. He is 2007-2008 PTSA President of
Southside High School.
Pat's wife, Debra, is a third grade teacher at Mauldin
Elementary School. His son Ian is enrolled at the University of
South Carolina and his daughter Taryn is a junior at Southside
High School's Center for International Studies IB program. They
live in Greenville, South Carolina.
